FKI Co.,Ltd. was established back in 2002 and became one of Korean major producers of spareparts for hydraulic pumps, motors and reducers which are critical components of excavators. Up to now about 1200 kinds of components were developed and produced on the basis of our own engineering. They are being applied to almost all kinds of excavators working in the world, such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Doosan (former Daewoo), Hyundai, Kobelco, John Deere, JCB, Sumitomo, and so forth... Inspite of our short history we managed to accomplish a 5million USD turnover back in 2006 and 90% of that is export. We have a full production program for any type of items related to any kind of excavators through our professional subsidiary factories. Those factories specialize in everything starting from foundry to micro grinding. Thus we technically overcame limited production capability which tends to be a great weakness of medium and small companies. In 2009 FKI opened a new production base, a new factory with modernized facilities and perfected testing system All this is done for us to become the best producer of components in the international aftermarket of excavators.
